Kristen Dunsmore received her Master of Science degree from Syracuse University in Exercise Science and her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tampa in Health Science and Human Performance. While attending the University of Tampa, Kristen worked in the human performance lab where she investigated different sport supplements and their effects on muscular strength, hypertrophy, and body composition in athletes. In 2013, Kristen interned at Dymatize Nutrition LLC within the research and development department further exploring and researching sport supplements.
Kristen is a USAPL/IPF raw powerlifter. In 2014, she competed in the USAPL Nationals in Denver, CO and placed 3rd in her weight class. Kristen is also the Director of Programming for the Ohio State Powerlifting team, who will be making their first appearance in the Collegiate World Cup held in Belarus this year.
