USPC would like to introduce intern Kayla Murphy. In 2015, Kayla received her Master’s of Science degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. While attending Appalachian State Kayla worked closely with the softball, field hockey, soccer, tennis and football teams. After her first year at graduate school, Kayla worked as a Human Performance intern with the United State Army Special Ops Command.
Kayla played volleyball and ran track while receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from North Central College in Naperville, IL. After graduating from North Central College, Kayla worked as a Strength and Conditioning Intern for the Northern Illinois University Huskies’ football team.
Originally from Naperville, IL, Kayla currently resides in Charlotte, NC.
